Our journey began during a period of anticipation, as we patiently awaited the birth of our beautiful daughter Juliette...
​
We knew that we wanted to create something sustainable that we would be proud to pass on to our daughter. We agreed that no matter what type of business it would be, we needed to remain committed to our objective.
​
Which was to establish a sustainable business that would not only provide a strong foundation for our daughter's future but also make a meaningful impact in the world of graphic arts and production. We wanted to be more than just a vendor, establishing a partnership with our clients would essential to delivering a highly personalized, customer-centric experience.

We take the time to understand each client's unique needs, ensuring that every project -whether it's a custom graphic design or specialized production job - is tailored to their unique vision. Every job should be a reflection of the client's values and creativity. Our dedication to innovation and quality allows us to offer cutting-edge solutions, from stunning graphics to premium production products, all while remainning committed to our vision.
We agreed that it would be essential for our road map to focuse specifically on how we would create a unique process for delivering our various products and services to our clients. ​​We knew one thing was certain, and that was if we wanted to have any chance of success, it was going to require, complete commitment, dedication and the use of ever bit of the experience we acquired throughout our careers. We began to address each of the key areas of our mission statement 1 by 1 and develop roadmaps to achieve sucess.

To be truly sustainable, we would need to remain elevant. Therefore, whatever product or service we are providing, needs to be that of superior quality with an exceptional level of attention to detail, at a competitive price and delivered to you with the highest level of customer service.

With that said, to truly be unique we weren't interested in developing some extensive client list that would rate our clients in relation to the revenue acquired from them. We were providing a specialized service with a unique experience.

With our daughters due date quickly approaching, we scrambled to develop a name for this business while we vigorously worked on developing this platform to communicate the type and quality of services we were going to offer. (i.e. our website. :)
While developing the website (with our crazy timeline quickly approaching as my wife appeared as if she was about to pop) we created the various pieces that would be essential for the website to function effectively and accurately reflect what we were. The only struggle left at this point was, what would we call ourselves? We were stumped... going through hundreds or names and logos that just didn't feel quite right.

With that said, Juliette would wait no longer, and decided she was coming in hot and quite early... as she arrived the morning of February 19, 2025 at 10:47am. This was truly the highest point of my entire life as we sat there looking into the eyes of our beautiful little girl. We couldn't believe she was finally here, and she was ours forever. We began thinking what her little life would like and it was just like that. boom, the name "LettyPro" came to us... and it at this very moment, LettyPro Graphic Design Studio was born and well, everything else just kind of came together from there.
Having an official name, made it all real...as the name simply solidified our commitment and ignited the drive that would change our dreams into reality...
