Where it all began ...,

Our journey began during a period the period of anticipation as we patiently awaited the birth of our daughter Juliette...
We knew that we wanted to start a business and that it needed to be something we would be proud to pass on to our daughter. We agreed that no matter what type of business it would be, we needed to remain committed to our objective. Which was to establish a something that would be sustainable, providing ongoing support, not only for our daughter but generations to come.

Having experienced over 25 years of success leading buisness operations in large organizations, we were aware that in order to achieve success, we would need to think outside the box. Our level of experience within the arts industry, coupled with our passion for creativeity, is ultimately what drove our decision to establish a design studio that would focus on customer success and promise to deliver a unique experience for each and every ciient.
Achieving success did not necessarilly mean inventing some unique product or service and pitching it on shark tank. It focused more on analyzing the process of how that product or service is delivered to the hands or our clients.

One thing was certain, and that was if we wanted to have any chance of success, it was going to require, complete commitment, dedication and the use of ever bit of the experience we acquired throughout our careers. We began to address each of the key areas of our mission statement 1 by 1 and develop roadmaps to achieve sucess.

To be truly sustainable, we would need to remain elevant. Therefore, whatever product or service we are providing, needs to be that of superior quality with an exceptional level of attention to detail, at a competitive price and delivered to you with the highest level of customer service. With each passing day, we were getting closer to our daughter's arrival date, which certainly put things into perspective and drove home the reality that there would be no room for failure ...

A major component to our success was the fact that my wife and I always seemed to have a unified understanding about how we would approach this venture. We didn't want our primary drive to be focused on developing an extensive client list that would simply identify our clients in relation to the number of dollar signs next to their name in a spend report... It needed to be more than that..​ So how would we create a client list?

We needed a platform to communicate the type and quality of services we were going to offer. As we developed this platform with our unrealistic timeline quickly approaching, we remained committed to our mission;
to effectively deliver products and services that would supplement our income, stimulate creativity and deliver a rewarding experience that would enhance the lives of others. With that said, Juliette's time had come and she was born on February 19, 2025 at 10:47am, and it was at this moment that we looked into the eyes of our beautiful little daughter Juliette, and couldn't believe she was finally here, and she was ours, thinking, what will her life be like,... and just like that that, the name "LettyPro" came to us. and everything kind of came together from there.
Having an official name, made it all real...as the name simply solidified our commitment and ignited the drive that would change our dreams into reality...
