Shipping & Returns

POLICY

Original art or mixed media art is shipped within 1-3 days of ordering. 

Our shipping and handling pricing varies depending on the size of the piece that your purchase.  If we are able to deliver it locally we do not charge you for the shipping as long as it is within a 20 mile distance.  Every mile after 20 miles is charged at a rate of $4.99 per mile.  We can also ship worldwide and any orders that exceed $1999.00 qualify for free shipping.  Please note that all duties, taxes and customs fees may apply in certain countries.

All art pieces are printed on demand, therefore, please allow up to the standard 1-3 business days for printing, packaging, and processing for shipping.  if for any reason a particular substrate that is requested or stock is not in inventory, we will notify you of any anticipated time delay and offer options in the event you decide to substitute.  If you need something delivered urgently for an event or any other reason, please reach out and touch base with us first at Lettyprodesign@gmail.com before finalizing your order.  This way we can be sure to separate this order and designate it for express order processing..  Orders are usually shipped on business days Monday - Friday.  We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to 3rd party shipping vendor l service delays or your request to expedite the shippment to reduce the timeline resulting in an additional cost form the shipping supplier.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally to certain locations but it is limited as some regions have various restrictions on our shipments.  Ex. Size of the piece, Value for Insurance, Signature Services,, etc.  Because we ship world-wide we utilize a variety of shipping carriers including but not limited to; UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, WishPost, RoyalMail, Australia Post, and Yanwen, an many others.

All orders are shipped with tracking service and require a signature for delivery completion.  Keep in mind shipping cost vary significantly depending upon the destination requested.  Please allow for 10-25 business days for some international shipments to be delivered.  International orders may be also subject to additional taxes and duties fees.  Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on the website, nor are we responsible for covering the.  In the event your location utilizes VAT process we will acquire the estimate  for the duties and taxes and communicate the to the buyer prior to production. as these fees are required to be collected prior to shipping the finished piece.

If for any reason you enter the incorrect address during check out, or are informed of an address change, please notify us immediately at LettyProDesign@gmail.com to enable us to intercept any process and avoid delays. 

LettyPro Exchange & Return Policy

 

1.   Our refund policy lasts 14 business days after the            

     receipt of the artwork.  After this period, we will

     unfortunately not longer be able to accept the    

     returned item for exchange or to provide a refund.  

2.   Printable artwork, sold in the form of a digital file

      download are non-refundable or exchangeable due      

      the origin and specifics of the product type.  That  

      being said, if there is any issue with the file itself.  

      (ex. does not open, or distorted, or incorrect file) it       can

      be replaced with another digital file of the  

      same artwork unless mutually agreed upon from

      the client LettyProGraphics. 

3.   In order to be eligible for a return, the purchased

       artwork must be in the same condition as it was  

      upon receipt, and must be enclosed in all original      

      packaging. 

4.   if the returned piece is in fact damaged, you will

      not be eligible for a refund, unless the damage  

      occurred  during the delivery process, on the way         to

      the buyer. In this instance, there will be claim    

      with the shippi vendor to provide reimbursement

      to LettyProGraphics if LettyProGraphics providing

      a refund to the client in leu of receiving      

      reimbursement from the 3rd party shipping      

      vendor.

5.   If the artwork was damaged during the shipping  

      process,  you will be eligible for a refund of the

      total cost of the piece in addition to the returned

      shipping costs. 

6.   Non-returnable items: some specified printable art

      that is provided in the form of a downloadable link.  

7.   To complete your return, we require a receipt or    

      proof of purchase from the original client who

      placed the order. 

8.   Once the returned piece has been thoroughly    

       inspected and then processed for refund will send        an

      email  notification to confirm that we have      

      received the piece.  At this time we will

      communicate the outcome  of the inspection

      whether or not a refund will be processed the piece

      was rejected and the reason why. 

9..   If a refund is approved, the refunded amount of  

       the piece will be refunded in the most convenient        

       method possible, that is agreed upon and within  

       the specified time-line threshold. 

10.. The ONLY reason artwork. is replaced or refunded,

       is if it was damaged during shipping from    

       LettyProGraphics to the purchasing client.

       However, if the client wishes to change the    

       artwork to another one, and agrees to pay                    the

       shipping costs and returns a purchased items        in a

       condition that was received,, the exchange     

       possible upon the mutual agreement between  

       LettyProGraphics.  and the client. If the buyer wants to

      replace the

       artwork with a more expensive piece, the buyer    

       must pay the difference in cost.  

11.   The original client (buyer) is responsible for

       covering the shipping costs when returning

        your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable,              

        except in cases, when the artwork was damaged  

        during the delivery process, on the way to the  

        client (buyer) If you receive a refund,  the cost of

        the return shipping may be deducted from your  

        refund. 

12.   Depending on where you live, the time it may

        ake for your exchanged product to reach the

        desired destination can vary.  

13.    As you will be returning a valuable item, you

         should always consider using trackable shipping

         services and purchasing shipping insurance. We                

         do not guarantee the timeline of when we will    

         receive the returned item nor the condition for

         which it arrives in.
