• Refunds: Once the returned photograph is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item.
